HOW WE SEE THE POSITION

• SMM and Content Management
• Working with texts: press releases, news, articles, and other materials about the Foundation's activities
• Content and administration of the organization's web page
• Production of visual materials for posts and advertising campaigns on social media, working with templates for social media, in a team with a designer
• Development of a "Communication Guide" for projects supported by the Foundation (recommendations for providing information support and visibility of financial and resource support of grantors and partners)
• Assistance to support teams in communicating their projects
• Generation of ideas for special projects and campaigns. Creating effective communication campaigns
• Keeping contact with media, opinion leaders, experts, and the public
• Development and support of sustainable communications with the Foundation's partners
• Engagement in the organization's strategic planning and activities, close cooperation with the team
• Reporting, analyzing, and understanding performance indicators

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Education and experience (more than 2 years) in the field of communications, copywriting, SMM, content creation for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• A well-established network with Ukrainian media
• Excellent written and speaking skills (perfectionism in writing in Ukrainian and English
• Fluency in English – at least Upper Intermediate, or above
• Skills to work with Wordpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Willingness to grow in ethical storytelling
• Skills to conduct business correspondence and communicate with partners on behalf of the organization
• Understanding the correct vocabulary of the sector, keeping an eye on trends and tone of voice
• Responsibility, reflexivity, and empathy combined with professionalism
• Proactivity, willingness to generate solutions, ability to assume responsibility
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
