Summarizing the activities over the past months, we understand that the major challenge in these crisis conditions is quality coordination of actions and the opportunity to turn the funds into a truly effective resource.

ACTIVITY AREAS

I. Responding to Challenges in Time of War

01 Army Support

  • Procurement of munition, protection, combat gears, technical support
  • Cooperation with the command of military units and formations  
  • Needs Assessment and Reporting procedure established
  • More than 300 requests processed
  • Interaction with more than 50 military entities
  • Geography of coverage: Regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kyiv, Kharkiv , Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava

Quantitative Indicators

02 Support to civilians

  • Distribution center of ZMIN arranged at the Jam Factory space
  • Supporting people temporarily forced to leave their homes
  • Assistance in setting up shelters for internally displaced Ukrainian people
  • Cooperation  with humanitarian headquarters, foundations, volunteer organizations
  • More than   250  processed requests, more than  300  Acts
  • Purchased and transferred about   100  tons of aid as part of a humanitarian mission
  • Refueled over  1,000  liter's of fuel

03 Medical Support

  • Provision of tactical medical kits, medicines, medical equipment
  • Interaction with military hospitals, military doctors, hospitals
  • Retrofitting of ambulances with ventilators and defibrillators
  • Interaction with more than  20  hospitals

04 Focus on mobility. Motor Vehicles

Vehicles (pickups, jeeps, buses) are one of the biggest needs of the army now.

01 Supporting the economy

  • Capacity support to local manufacturers working to meet war needs
  • Supporting initiatives that involve people who have lost the opportunity to work in times of war
  • Capacity building of organizations that temporarily relocated their operations to the region
  • Building cooperation in the win-win format
  • Interaction with 12 manufacturers
  • More than  30 employees involved
